All distances, number of cups and arrangements, number of rounds or players, and point systems are customizable to make games more fun or based on skill level.

Use spare clear cups as dart holders at the toss line.  Use the white darts as your team color or as "bonus" darts worth double points in any of your games.

Use negative points to make any of your games more interesting.  We often use negative points on two cups when playing Birds. 

Play the game with the Full Nest rule.  Full Nest is when 3 darts of one player land in the same cup in a single round.  It's an automatic win!

Arrange cups at different heights.  Use the back of a chair against a wall to balance some cups, place other cups on the seat, and some on the floor.

Use a spare carpet marker as the toss line.
